Nicotinamide + Pyridoxine Hydrochloride + Riboflavin + Vitamin B1 + Zinc is a vitamin b-complex and mineral supplement medicine available in Bangladesh under many brand names. Below are its uses, dosage, side effects and precautions — and all brands with their current prices.

• Prevention and treatment of deficiency of thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, pyridoxine, and zinc.
• Nutritional supplementation when dietary intake is inadequate or requirements are increased, such as during illness recovery or restricted diets, when recommended by a healthcare professional.
• Adjunctive support in conditions where a doctor has identified or suspected B-vitamin or zinc deficiency.

Adult dosing depends on the specific product strength, diet, age, medical condition, and the reason for supplementation. Take only as directed on the label or as prescribed by a doctor; do not exceed the recommended daily amount unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.

• Common: nausea, stomach discomfort, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, or metallic taste, especially with zinc.
