Getting Started

Open your account, set up your profile, and go live in under 15 minutes.

Register your account

Visit the registration page and sign up with your phone number or email. You'll get a 14-day free trial — no credit card needed.

  • Use your BMDC-registered name for prescription credibility
  • Choose a strong password and store it safely

Complete your doctor profile

Add your degrees, specialty, years of experience, and a professional photo. This information powers your public profile and prescription header.

  • Add primary specialty (e.g. Medicine, Cardiology, OBGYN)
  • List degrees with abbreviation (MBBS, FCPS, MD)
  • Upload a clear, recent photo — appears on your public profile

Customise your prescription layout

Decide how your prescription looks: paper size, logo, header text, signature, footer. Set it once — every Rx uses this template.

  • Pick A4, A5, or thermal printer size
  • Add chamber name, address, and registration numbers
  • Upload signature image — appears on every printed Rx

Chapter 2

Set Up Chambers & Schedule

Each chamber is a place you sit — with its own schedule, fee, and staff.

Add your first chamber

Create a chamber with name, location, and contact number. You can add unlimited chambers on the Standard plan.

  • Use the public-facing name patients recognise
  • Add precise address — it appears on patient receipts
  • Set the contact number patients should call

Define the weekly schedule

Mark which days and time-slots you sit at this chamber. The system uses this to show patients available booking times.

  • Set the time-slot length (e.g. 10 or 15 min per patient)
  • Block lunch/prayer breaks so they don't appear as bookable
  • Repeat for each chamber — schedules are independent

Set fees — new, old, and follow-up

Define your consultation fee with separate amounts for new patients, returning patients, and follow-up visits.

  • Set the follow-up validity (e.g. free if returning within 14 days)
  • The right fee is applied automatically based on the last visit date
  • Different chambers can have different fee structures

Add Staff & Live Display

Bring your team on board and put a serial display in the waiting area.

Invite receptionists and assistants

Add staff members with their own logins. They can create and manage appointments without seeing private financial reports.

Patients book through your public page; receptionists add walk-ins from the dashboard. Both feed into the same calendar.

Check in patients on arrival

Start a new prescription

Open the patient's profile or click 'New Rx' from the appointment. The patient's history loads on the side for context.
