Frequently asked questions
How does conflict-free booking actually work?
Every session occupies a time block on its bed, room, machine, technician and patient. Beds and technicians are exclusive; rooms and machines have capacities (a machine's capacity = its active units). A booking that would collide is rejected with the exact reason.
Can patients pay per session with dues tracked?
Yes — collect full, partial or on-account payments. The due report lists every patient with an outstanding balance, and statements show all sessions and payments.
What happens when a machine needs servicing?
Disable the whole machine or a single unit with a maintenance note. It disappears from availability immediately and comes back the moment you re-enable it.
Do therapy advices go on the prescription?
Yes — doctors add therapies (sessions count, frequency, instructions) to the e-prescription, and the front desk can schedule the whole course from it.
