In Bangladesh, it is mainly used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, migraine-type headache, toothache, body ache, and period pain, and may also help reduce fever.

Caffeine + Paracetamol works by combining paracetamol, which relieves pain and lowers fever, with caffeine, which can enhance pain relief in some headaches. A key caution is to avoid taking it with other paracetamol-containing medicines because too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.

• Short-term relief of mild to moderate pain, including headache and migraine-type headache.
• Relief of toothache, period pain, muscle ache, backache, and general body pain when suitable.
• Reduction of fever when an analgesic-antipyretic is appropriate.

Adults should take this medicine only as directed on the prescription or product label. The dose depends on the tablet strength and the patient’s age, weight, liver condition, and other medicines being used. Do not exceed the recommended daily limit of paracetamol from all sources, and avoid taking extra paracetamol-containing products at the same time.
